Joining and getting started with Move Well Eat Well
- To join Move Well Eat Well complete a Membership Form
- Website access - All Member services receive a user name and password at their orientation session. Make sure all staff at your service have it. If you have lost your login details email us and we will get them to you.
- Use the 'Getting Started' section from the Starter Pack to make a plan for your service.
- Use the Move Well Eat Well Annual Events Calendar to link the messages to things you are already doing.
- Over 130 Tasmanian Early Childhood Services are Move Well Eat Well Members. View the list of Member early childhood education and care services

- Organise a staff refresher session by emailing us to arrange.
- Revisit the 'Getting Started' section of the Starter Pack for ideas
Move Well Eat Well support for your service
Dietitians
We have a small team of Dietitans that are available to review your service's menus and speak with staff or parents about healthy eating topics.If your school is interested, get in touch with us and we can refer you on to a Dietitian.
Physical Activity Officers
We have a small team of Physical Activity Officers who are available to answer questions and provide information about physical activity topics. If your service is interested, get in touch with us and we can refer you on to a Physical Activity Officer.
The Move Well Eat Well Team
Our team is available over the phone, via email and in person to chat to you about and provide assistance with all things Move Well Eat Well.
Outside School Hours Care program resources
Your Early Childhood Service may also run Outside School Hours Care Programs for children in the 5-12 years range. Below are practical resources and information to help your service reach this age group with the Move Well Eat Well messages:
